At Big Tiny’s Bling Shop, all items are made to order or sourced specifically for each customer. For this reason, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

    •    Incorrect sizing

    •    Change of mind

    •    Buyer’s remorse

    •    Style preference

Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and images carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 

While we do not accept returns, we will make it right if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

    •    Your order number

    •    A clear photo of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

    •    A replacement item, or

    •    A refund to the original payment method

Jewelry Disclaimer

For hygiene and quality-control reasons:

    •    Jewelry must be unworn and unused to qualify for any replacement due to defect

    •    Normal wear, accidental damage, or misuse is not covered

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

    •    Delays caused by carriers

    •    Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

    •    Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
