We are not responsible for delays or packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

We’re proud to serve our customers in Japan and appreciate the strong streetwear culture that inspires our brand.

While orders shipped to Japan may be subject to local import taxes and customs fees upon delivery, Big Tiny’s Bling Shop is committed to providing a smooth experience.

If you are charged any import fees, simply contact us with your receipt and we’ll take care of it.

We are also working closely with our shipping partners to eliminate these fees entirely in the near future.
